Toshiba Regza RD Series HDD DVD Recorder
It seems that Toshiba is trying to be the leader in HDD and DVD recorder market in Japan, releasing the 1TB Regza RD-E1004K Regza and 320GB RD-304K.
Both HDD and DVD recorders are able to record HD video in Blu-ray or in a standard format (MPEG-4 AVC/H.264). The 1TB RD-E1004K retails for 65,000 yen ($ 677). There is no word on pricing of the 320GB model.
