Sony Showcase GIGA JUKE NAS SC500PK Hard Disk Drive
Sony showcased its GIGA JUKE NAS SC500PK at IFA, to be held in Berlin. The 160GB hard disk in the NAS SC500PK gives enough space as it can store up to 1,300 hours at a high speed of 256 kbps or 40,000 MP3 music tracks.
GIGA JUKE This is a special jukebox that has a multi function room.It is a complete package of a music server with a wireless player. You can add players client, and the system will deliver music wirelessly to up to five of them. Wherever you are in your home, you can access the main server from the wireless players, and even listen to different songs in each of the five zones. When you have a party, simply press the party button,and each room with a wireless player will play the same music simultaneously.
Transfer music files from your PC is easy with the supplied transfer Music software. Import file to the NAS SC500PK can be done through a LAN cable that connects directly to your PC and the system.Or if you prefer, you can do so wirelessly through your broadband router and the router system.The latest update to its music collection is too fast,because the system recognizes and adds only the new titles.
GIGA JUKE NAS SC500PK has the flexibility of a wide range of formats supported: MP3, AAC,Linear PCM,WMA and ATRAC.This support means that the system can store music from various sources,either from a CD, radio, home computer or even vinyl.The built in database of approximately 350,000 albums title enables automatic labeling.And additional data may be installed by the system of direct Internet connection.Other features include easy to search for lyrics from your favorite artists and access to Internet radio from the wireless player.

Compared to previous models,the unit of the keynote speakers have been updated in several areas,including a redesigned woofer magnet technology with the individual.The enhancements provide superior sound clarity and the low frequency response.It also incorporates technology from Sony,DSEE [Digital Sound Enhancement Engine].High frequencies are often lost during file compression,but DSEE restore recreates the original sound quality.Moreover,the main system has 100W of award winning S Master digital amplification.
With the channels SensMe feature,the NAS SC500PK analysis and sort your music collection in 27 different channels so you can hear the music fit the mood.From waking in the morning for refrigeration in the night,the intelligent system collects items of similar types for you to simply select the channel according to what you feel listening to right now.
For convenience,the new GIGA JUKE has a WM PORT,a port built Walkman ®. Walkman ® Dock,and can play, import and transfer of music, plus battery charging.
