Samsung S2 Portable 3.0-inch External Hard Drive
Samsung Electronics announced its impending publication of S2 Portable 3.0-inch, external hard drive with USB 3.0 interface. S2 Portable 3.0 provides superior performance, as it supports USB 3.0, which is 10 times faster than USB 2.0 interface, data transfer rate and is equipped with a system drive 7200 RPM.
This product is packed with many exclusive features, Samsung, such as all-in-one USB design, which consists of ultra-small design and low power consumption, instant or schedule auto-Based Data Back-up Capacity, Secret Zone, that encrypts and stores your important data and SafetyKey, which uses a password to configure a dual-data protection.
Ho-Sung Lee, CEO of Samsung Electronics Semiconductor Operations Department, noted that attention to consumers high performance external drive that supports high-level video and audio content increases. Samsung Electronics will continue to expand in S2 Portable 3.0 line.
