Sharp NetWalker PC-T1 Linux-based Tablet


Sharp has introduced their new Linux-based tablet drop for the Japanese market. Known as the T1 NetWalker PC, the device has a 5 inch WSVGA touchscreen display.

It also supported by 800 MHz Freescale processor i.MX515, an 8GB hard drive, 512 MB RAM, Bluetooth, WiFi and runs on Ubuntu Linux OS.The NetWalker PC-T1 will hit Japan next month, for about 47,000 yen [about $ 500]. [via Akihabara]
