NEC NP Series Two New Models Short Throw Projectors
NEC NP Series Short Throw extended by introducing two new models, formats and standards NP510WS wide-aspect NP610S. This short throw projector projector using ECO mode technology to extend lamp life up to 5000 hours, and low power consumption and noise level [29dB] for nearly silent operation.
Features NP510WS NEC 1280 × 800 native resolution, 600:1 contrast ratio, 2100 lumens while NP610S offers 1024 × 768 resolution, 600:1 contrast and 2600 lumens. They threw the lens of short features, which eliminate shadows on the screen along with the projection of light in the eyes of traditional presenters created by front projection systems. Automatic Vertical Keystone Correction and Auto Sense is also included.
NP510WS and NP610S which comes with a built-in 7-watt speakers and offers Ethernet LAN port, VGA and DVI-I PC input. They will be sent in January 2010 for $ 949 and $ 999, respectively.[via itechnews]
