LG Electronics announced today the launch of three new mobile Windows in the coming weeks, delivery on LG’s commitment to further grow its share of global smartphone market. All three devices will begin smart phone from LG strategy more aggressive to date, which ultimately result in a total of 13 brand new LG phones Windows released worldwide before the end of 2010.
The three latest additions to the line smart phone from LG in expansionand the first to include the new Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system includes a full touch screen device, touchscreen slider with QWERTY keyboard and a bar type mobile QWERTY keyboard . All three phones will be aimed at different market segments ranging from premium to affordable smartphones.The phones will be introduced initially for early adopter customers in Europe,America and Asia, before being made available worldwide.
Designed keeping in mind the latest offerings highlight the LG smartphone touch to use,easy to navigate interface for Windows Mobile 6.5,offers an experience easier and faster for smartphone users. These phones will be supported by Windows LG’s own distinctive S class user interface, which offers a unique 3D experience working with the familiar Microsoft operating system.
The latest version adds improved Windows Mobile Internet Explorer Mobile with a new engine and a custom version of Adobe Flash Lite for accessing sites that previously could not do properly on a handheld.Windows Mobile 6.5 also includes free access to my phone service from Microsoft, where customers can make automatic backups of photos, music, contacts and text messages from your handheld to the web for easy access at any time.
Launched in July,LG Store applications (http://www.lgapplication.com) will offer accessories for all three devices and future devices smartphone LG.The site hopes to offer up to 2,000 downloadable applications later this year.[aving]
