Landport First Solar Powered Speaker In Japan

Landport has proudly announced the first solar powered speakers in Japan. Measuring 19.5cm x 11.2cm x 5cm and weighing 290grams, the speaker gave 2Watts x 2ch audio output. Its lithium ion battery provides up to 8 hours of continuous music playback.

You can connect the speakers to your iPod or MP3 player via mini stereo input. The Landport Solar powered speaker will be launched in March 2010 for 5250 Yen [$ 58]. [via Akihabara]
