GammaTech DuraBook D14 E-Series Notebook PC
Announcing the latest rough GammaTech notebook PC, which DuraBook D14 E-Series, which is the first rough notebook has a 1TB hard drive space. Powered by Intel Core 2 Duo 2GHz processor, the D14 E-Series has up to 8GB of memory and integrated graphics. It is equipped with two 500GB hard drives with a RAID controller.
Three models are available: the D14E0 with RAID 0 setup to make room for a single 1TB drive; the D14E1 on RAID-1 that eliminates the problem of data loss by providing real time data backup and synchronization; and D14E2 with two 500GB hard disk drive.
GammaTech’s DuraBook D14 E-Series to meet Military 810F standards offer protection against drop, shock, dust and spills and protected by a magnesium alloy case. Laptop also comes with a spill resistant keyboard and anti-shock material.[via itechnews]
