Dell has officially announced Mini 3i [aka mini3] China Mobile Smartphone running Android, based on Open Mobile System [aka oPhone], which the manufacturer of PCs,is the world’s smallest Dell.The mini3 be published by China Mobile, China and Brazil by Claro. It also leads to other regions and countries from other leading providers of telecommunications world.
